Join the External Fulfilment team as a City Manager responsible for owning end-to-end operational performance and compliance across multiple sites within a defined city or this role you will monitor site operations against service quality speed and safety standards while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely launches and consistent achievement of operational metrics. With strong customer obsession and a high sense of ownership you will identify patterns anticipate disruptions and dive deep into data to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement. The role requires regular on-ground presence flexibility to work weekends and overnight shifts when needed and the ability to travel to sites for launches setup and ongoing operational monitoring to ensure sustained operational excellence.
Key job responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
1-Lead city-level operations performance owning site scorecards and ensuring consistent achievement of service quality and speed KPIs through daily monitoring and corrective actions.
2-Maintain strong on-ground presence through regular site visits building trusted partnerships with vendors and operational teams to drive execution excellence and compliance.
3-Coach and develop vendors and frontline teams identifying performance gaps providing clear guidance and unlocking improvement opportunities through structured follow-ups.
4-Own inventory and material availability ensuring accurate stock management replenishment inbound quality and regular inventory audits to prevent operational disruptions.
5-Drive operational readiness and change execution identifying and closing gaps for new launches peak periods holidays and site closures to protect customer experience.
6-Act as the primary owner for operational issue resolution leading firefighting troubleshooting and time-critical recoveries to minimize customer and business impact.
7-Leverage data and operational tools conducting daily deep dives on KPIs to detect risks early resolve root causes and drive fact-based decision-making.
8-Manage stakeholder expectations and escalations coordinating cross-functionally to resolve issues while maintaining clear professional communication.
9- Conducting Site Visits across EG and responsible for launching new nodes at vendors warehouses.

- Bachelors degree
