CINT07 - Instrument Fitter

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies differentiated advisory services deep technical domain expertise energy transition solutions high-end design capabilities and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.

Responsibilities:

Shall have hands-on experience in troubleshooting inspection testing and preventive maintenance of the following types of Instruments
Transmitters (Pressure Level Flow Temperature)
Switches (Pressure Level Flow Temperature)
Analyzers (pH and Conductivity)
Vibration Instrumentation (Accelerometers Velometers Proximity Probes Speed Probes Proximitors)
Valves (Control Valves On-Off Valves Solenoid Valves)
Valve Accessories (Solenoid Valves Valve Pneumatic and Electropneumatic Positioners Pneumatic Relays Air Regulators and Filters Lubricators)
- Shall have hands-on experience in the usage of Hand tools
- Shall have hands-on experience in the usage of Test Instruments in calibration troubleshooting configuration and testing of instruments
- Shall have hands-on experience in the removal installation and adjustment of vibration probes as per machine requirement
- Shall have the proven competency and experience as required in the relevant Scope of Work
- Shall have basic report-writing skills
- Shall be able to communicate well in written & spoken English.
- Shall have an awareness about safety requirements of working in a Fertilizer Plant
- Shall be well versed with work permit system in large scale process industries
Shall have an awareness with PPEs used in a Fertilizer Plant

Qualifications:

Technical Diploma in respective trade (123 years)
05 years relevant and hands-on experience in respective trade in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry and competency.
