We are looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving company growth. If youre passionate about sales building client relationships and working toward targets wed love to hear from you.

Job Purpose
To drive the companys growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities building strong client relationships and contributing to revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and target new clients and business opportunities

  • Build and maintain an active sales pipeline

  • Achieve assigned revenue targets

  • Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs

  • Communicate with potential clients via calls emails and meetings

  • Promote the companys services by addressing or anticipating client objectives

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred)

  • 14 years of experience in business development or sales

  • Fluency in English is a must

  • Strong motivation to work with targets and KPIs

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Sales and CRM Tools

  • Understanding of Localization Services
