Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and document business functional and nonfunctional requirements ensuring clarity on stakeholder needs constraints and success criteria.
  • Translate service blueprints user journeys and operating models into deliveryready requirements that align frontstage user experience with backstage processes systems and data.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to shape and maintain highquality backlogs by breaking down epics into welldefined user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
  • Support backlog refinement sprint planning and ongoing agile ceremonies.
  • Work closely with engineering teams during delivery to clarify requirements respond to questions and manage changes or emerging insights.
  • Ensure strong alignment across business teams design teams and engineering throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Job Requirements:

  • 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar requirementsfocused product/delivery role.
  • Strong experience in business analysis requirements gathering and translating complex workflows into actionable delivery specifications.
  • Solid understanding of service design user journeys and how to connect user experience with operational and technical requirements.
  • Proficiency with Jira for backlog management Confluence for documentation and Miro (or similar) for collaboration.
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments with crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Engineering Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
