Position Overview:
Our client a diversified retail group in Beirut is seeking a highly motivated and experienced a Creative Team Lead to join their team. The Creative Team Lead is responsible for leading and expanding the Creative Department ensuring brand excellence across all visual communications and marketing channels. This role oversees creative strategy team development and cross-departmental collaboration to deliver consistent high-impact brand representation across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and manage the Creative Department currently including one graphic designer
- Recruit train and mentor additional team members including content creators and
specialized designers - Develop team workflows creative processes and quality standards
- Foster a collaborative creative environment that encourages innovation and excellence
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing professional development
guidance
Creative Strategy & Brand Development
- Develop comprehensive creative concepts and innovative design solutions aligned
with business objectives - Lead branding initiatives and brand evolution projects across the groups brand portfolio.
- Upscale and enhance current branding standards while maintaining brand integrity
- Ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms and communications
- Stay current with design trends market standards and industry best practices
Design & Content Creation
- Oversee creation of high-quality graphic design materials for print and digital
platforms - Direct social media content creation across all group brands
- Supervise website content development and visual design for group websites
- Manage photography direction and post-production workflows
- Oversee/execute video editing and multimedia content production
- Combine graphics and written content to create visually compelling layouts
Production & Project Management
- Manage end-to-end production processes from concept to final delivery
- Coordinate printing and production schedules with external vendors
- Ensure quality control throughout all production phases
- Follow up with external parties on designed materials and deliverables
- Maintain project timelines and budget adherence
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Partner closely with Marketing team to align creative output with marketing strategies
- Collaborate with Retail Stores team to ensure brand consistency in-store
- Work with Commercial and Wholesale departments to support brand distribution and
exposure - Coordinate with Visual Merchandising team to maintain consistent store branding
- Support E-commerce team with digital asset creation and optimization
- Report directly to Business Development Manager on creative initiatives and
department performance

- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and mentor
creative professionals - Expertise in branding visual identity development and creative strategy
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign After Effects)
and other design tools - Solid knowledge of multimedia production photography and video editing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing social media platforms and content
creation trends - Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and strategic goals
