QuickfirmX is hiring for a German Monolingual Customer Service Account on behalf of a leading European company in the renewable energy sector newly expanding into the Egyptian market. The position is based in 5th Settlement New Cairo.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a global company working to accelerate the transition toward clean sustainable energy. The role focuses on supporting customers who use smart energy solutions including solar panels energy storage systems and electric vehicle charging technology.
You ll be joining a highperforming support team helping customers in the German language and contributing to a company that combines cuttingedge technology with a powerful environmental mission.

Requirements
B2/C1 German proficiency (written and spoken)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work fulltime onsite in 5th Settlement New Cairo
Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory
Flexibility to work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (matching Berlin time 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

Competitive salary: 800 base salary 50 performancebased KPIs Salary is paid in Euros
Fulltime onsite position with a structured work environment
Two days off per week: Saturday and Sunday
