Middle East Mattress Factory Co. is looking for an enthusiastic and accomplished National Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts across the this impactful role you will be instrumental in shaping our sales strategy driving revenue growth and enhancing our market presence. Your leadership will guide a talented sales team and you will have the opportunity to cultivate strong relationships with our customers and partners. Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a robust national sales strategy to meet organizational objectives.
- Lead motivate and develop regional sales managers and their teams to achieve maximum performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive innovative sales approaches.
- Deliver effective training and development programs to enhance the sales teams capabilities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or relevant field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage a diverse sales team.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the mattress or home goods industry is an advantage.
- Male.
- 35 to 45 years of age.
- Saudi or Lebanese national.
