Job Title: Authorities Coordinator
Location: Qatar
Job Type: Full-time
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Authorities Coordinator to manage all interactions and approvals with government and regulatory authorities in Qatar. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth submission processes regulatory compliance and timely approvals for ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage authority submissions and approvals with QCDD MMUP Kahramaa Ashghal and other relevant government bodies
Serve as the primary liaison between project teams and government authorities
Ensure design compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications
Track approvals permits and submissions monitoring timelines and potential risks
Facilitate authority inspections ensuring all corrective actions are addressed promptly
Maintain proper documentation and provide regular status updates to project management
Support project teams in resolving regulatory and compliance-related issues

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or related field

5 years’ experience in authority liaison approvals or regulatory coordination in Qatar

Strong understanding of local regulatory frameworks and authority requirements (QCDD MMUP Kahramaa Ashghal)

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Proficiency in managing submissions tracking systems and reporting
