  • Lead and inspire the Conference & Events team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Develop strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Oversee planning and execution of conferences meetings and special events.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure every detail exceeds expectations.
  • Manage budgets forecasts and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales Marketing and F&B teams for seamless event delivery.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality events ideally with Doha/GCC market knowledge.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
  • Familiarity with event management systems and hospitality standards.
