- Lead and inspire the Conference & Events team to deliver outstanding service.
- Develop strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Oversee planning and execution of conferences meetings and special events.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure every detail exceeds expectations.
- Manage budgets forecasts and operational performance.
- Collaborate with Sales Marketing and F&B teams for seamless event delivery.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality events ideally with Doha/GCC market knowledge.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with event management systems and hospitality standards.
