The Role
We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition & Outsourcing Officer to join our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive detail-oriented professional to support end-to-end recruitment and outsourcing operations focusing primarily on the MENA region and international roles.
You will work alongside senior HR colleagues to attract assess and onboard talent while helping manage smooth outsourcing operations. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who enjoys people operations and international collaboration.
Tasks
Your Mission
Support the full recruitment lifecycle and outsourcing coordination. Key responsibilities include:
1. Talent Sourcing & Outreach
- Source candidates across LinkedIn job boards social media and internal databases.
- Write and publish compelling job descriptions for multiple markets.
- Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
2. Candidate Management
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines in our ATS.
- Communicate consistently and professionally with candidates.
- Coordinate assessments interviews and feedback collection.
3. Outsourcing Coordination
- Prepare client-facing talent reports and updates.
- Support smooth onboarding and contracting for outsourced hires.
- Assist with documentation compliance checks and record-keeping for international hires.
4. Stakeholder Communication
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and team needs.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and pipeline health.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience.
5. Process Support & Improvement
- Assist in refining recruitment workflows templates and documentation.
- Gather market insights and salary benchmarking data.
- Maintain data accuracy and support HR reporting.
Requirements
Essential
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field.
- 12 years of experience in recruitment talent sourcing HR coordination or related areas.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter job portals) and ATS systems.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Organized proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- Based in Lebanon with a reliable internet connection.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with international teams and candidates.
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for IT/telecom or technical roles.
- Exposure to outsourcing agency recruitment or international HR operations.
- Knowledge of employment regulations in Lebanon or MENA markets.
- Demonstrates ownership independence and curiosity.
- Interest in learning about global talent trends and HR technology.
