Alomar Holding Company is hiring a Group Marketing Manager to lead and unify marketing across all subsidiaries under the Alomar umbrella. This role will own the holding-level marketing strategy governance and execution oversightensuring consistent brand direction stronger demand generation and measurable growth across the group.
Tasks
- Build and lead the Group Marketing Strategy aligned with Alomar Holding objectives and each subsidiarys business goals.
- Create the annual marketing master plan (campaign calendar launches initiatives) and ensure cross-company coordination.
- Define brand governance: positioning messaging frameworks brand guidelines and approval workflows across all companies.
- Oversee multi-company campaign execution (digital social paid media PR events partnerships) and ensure performance optimization.
- Establish group-wide KPIs and dashboards (lead generation CPL/CAC conversion revenue attribution brand awareness engagement).
- Work closely with CEOs/General Managers Sales leaders and Shared Services to align marketing priorities and pipeline targets.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget across subsidiaries ensuring ROI-driven allocation and cost efficiency.
- Lead content strategy across the group (websites corporate profiles presentations case studies newsletters social content).
- Manage agencies/vendors (creative media buying production) and standardize quality timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine targeting offers and market positioning for each business line.
- Ensure consistent corporate identity usage and protect Alomar brand reputation across all channels.

- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 7 years of marketing experience with proven ownership of strategy and performance ideally in a multi-brand or group structure.
- Strong experience in leading cross-functional stakeholders and managing marketing across multiple business units.
- Expertise in demand generation digital marketing and marketing analytics with a strong ROI mindset.
- Strong planning and governance skills (frameworks standards brand compliance approval processes).
- Proficiency with CRM and analytics/marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce/HubSpot Google Analytics Meta/Google Ads email platforms).
- Excellent communication leadership and vendor management capabilities.
- Preferred: experience in holding groups and/or sectors such as real estate construction retail maintenance/services or B2B/B2C portfolios.
