Dash Recruits is exclusively hiring an Office Accountant for a high-end optometry brand based in the heart of Achrafieh.
Our client operates two refined retail locations and a growing wholesale business with a third store opening in 2026. This is a rare opportunity to join a family-run premium brand at a pivotal moment of growth.
This role is ideal for a smart grounded accountant who enjoys being close to operationsnot hidden behind spreadsheets. You will be the financial backbone of the business bringing clarity discipline and calm to a dynamic retail environment.
What youll do
- Manage day-to-day accounting: invoicing payments reconciliations
- Track cash flow margins and operational costs
- Support retail and wholesale operations with accurate reporting
- Maintain financial order and transparency
- Work closely with ownership on business decisions
You are
- An experienced Office Accountant or similar
- Sharp reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in small family-style teams
- Someone who values stability trust and long-term growth
