Monitor fulfillment processes to prevent defects and ensure accurate order packing.
Develop and implement quality control procedures for warehouse and distribution operations.
Conduct audits and maintain records of quality inspections.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet required specifications.
Investigate and resolve quality issues in fulfillment and packaging.
Train staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations including GMP and ISO standards.
Work closely with logistics teams to minimize errors in shipments.
Generate reports on quality performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Experience in quality control or fulfillment operations preferably in the cosmetics industry.

Knowledge of GMP ISO HACCP and other quality standards.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work with ERP systems and quality management software.
