- Assessing company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives
- Identifying and arranging suitable training solutions for employees
- Conducting performance evaluations and assessments
- Creating and implementing a strategic plan to meet the learning and development needs of the organization
- Directing the design development and delivery of training programs and materials
- Managing the budgets for training and development activities
- Overseeing the creation of educational materials such as online learning modules workshop materials and instructional videos
- Collaborating with various managers and executives to understand and implement training goals
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and instructors and making improvements as necessary
- Maintaining knowledge of the latest trends in learning and development
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager Training Manager or similar role
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficiency in key metrics and reporting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
- BSc degree in Education Human Resources or relevant field

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
