We are constantly growing and are currently looking for Technical Office Engineer (Mechanical) to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team in our Regional Office in New Cairo Egypt.

What you will need to do:
- Conduct site surveys and provide detailed reports based on survey findings.
- Perform quantity surveying for all mechanical equipment and materials related to HVAC plumbing and fire protection systems.
- Prepare the scope of work for all mechanical disciplines including HVAC firefighting and plumbing.
- Prepare cost estimations for the project covering labor equipment materials and subcontractors.
- Prepare purchase requisitions for the tender stage and awarded projects based on project design requirements and quantity take-offs for mechanical materials systems and equipment.
- Prepare material submittals in line with project specifications ensure full compliance with specifications and obtain consultant approval.
- Develop detailed shop drawings in coordination with all relevant disciplines.
- Perform all necessary mechanical calculations for the mechanical systems.
- Maintain knowledge of international standards and codes (such as ASHRAE SMACNA NFPA IPC
- NPC ASPE etc.).
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure that material delivery schedules align with the project
- timeline.
- Provide technical support to the site team for any site-related issues
What you will need to have:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.
- 46 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in at least two completed projects of similar scope and complexity (international project experience is highly preferred).
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems firefighting systems and water & sewage networks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
