Scope: Full Time
Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Description:
Looking for a Software Engineer with 10 years of experience plus Team Leadership. Enable organizations to seamlessly manage secure and make sense of their data and applicationswhether operating in the cloud onpremises or at the edgeso they can quickly turn information into meaningful results. Were looking for a team leader driven by constant improvement always pushing to discover faster smarter ways to move the future forward.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design of reliable highquality solutions that align with business needs.
Guide teams through complex technical decisions and highrisk challenges.
Evaluate new technologies and aid in integrating said technologies across the organization.
Review architecture and project designs offering clear actionable improvement suggestions.
Mentor engineers and encourage creative thoughtful problemsolving.
Collaborate closely with Product Design QA and leadership to deliver impactful features.
Drive the development of scalable efficient systems and improve overall performance.
Tackle complex technical issues across applications infrastructure and data workflows.
Identify areas for improvement and champion continuous refinement of the engineering stack
Job requirements
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science/Engineering
10 years of software engineering experience
2 years with leadership responsibilities.
Proficiency in Hebrew and English.
Strong skills in Python Java Golang and JavaScript.
Deep knowledge of software design development methods and system integration.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of cloud security including IAM firewalls VPNs and networking.
Experience designing and operating scalable distributed systems.
Proven ability to shape technical roadmaps and influence stakeholders.
Good to have:
Cloud Infrastructure Full Stack Development DevOps Microservices Fluency Release Management Distributed Computing User Experience (UX) Development Fundamentals Cross Domain Knowledge Terraform Kubernetes Helm Python/Bash scripting.
