ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler (Electrical & ELV) for a contract assignment at HIA. The ideal candidate will create and manage BIM models for Electrical and ELV systems while coordinating closely with multidisciplinary teams. Food transport and accommodation will be provided.
Job Description:

Prepare BIM models for Electrical and ELV systems.

Ensure accuracy quality and compliance with project specifications.

Conduct clash coordination with MEP and structural teams.

Maintain updated documentation and version control.

Assist site engineers with model-related technical inputs.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree.

Minimum 5 years of Electrical/ELV BIM experience.

Good understanding of ELV systems (CCTV Fire Alarm Access Control).

Strong skills in Revit or similar BIM tools.
