Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain architectural BIM models at LOD 400 and LOD 500 for complex building projects
- Produce detailed construction-ready BIM outputs including coordinated drawings schedules and quantity take-offs
- Ensure accurate integration of architectural models with structural MEP and other discipline models
- Prepare and manage COBie deliverables ensuring compliance with project and client data standards
- Support clash detection processes and collaborate with project teams to resolve model conflicts
- Update models based on design changes RFIs and field conditions
- Maintain BIM documentation workflows and model quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in implementing BIM execution plans and adhering to project-specific BIM protocols
- Coordinate with architects engineers and contractors to ensure model accuracy and constructability
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an architectural BIM modeler or similar role
- Strong proficiency in LOD 400 and LOD 500 modeling workflows
- Hands-on experience in creating and delivering COBie datasets
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; knowledge of Navisworks AutoCAD and BIM collaboration platforms
- Solid understanding of architectural detailing construction methods and building systems
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings specifications and construction documents
- Strong coordination skills and experience working in multi-disciplinary project environments
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in project teams
- Diploma or degree in architecture architectural technology or a related discipline
