ملخص الوظيفة
We are looking for a skilled BMS Technician to support the operation monitoring and maintenance of Building Management Systems. The ideal candidate should have experience handling HVAC controls electrical systems and troubleshooting BMS-related issues to ensure smooth facility operations.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor operate and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS).

Perform routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of HVAC electrical and mechanical systems.

Diagnose system faults and carry out corrective actions promptly.

Assist in configuring calibrating and testing BMS equipment and sensors.

Respond to service requests and support daily facility operations.

Maintain logs reports and documentation of system performance and issues.

Coordinate with the maintenance team and report major issues to supervisors.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Electronics Mechanical or related field.

24 years of experience as a BMS Technician.
-
Strong knowledge of BMS systems HVAC controls and basic electrical troubleshooting.
-
Familiarity with common BMS software platforms is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and in coordination with facility teams.
