Job Description
Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as onsite. this means the successful candidate to report to the GM office full time.
The Role:
The Facilities Engineer supports the operation optimization and improvement of plant utilities while managing small to medium non-portfolio capital and improvement projects. This role focuses on ensuring reliable utility systems executing assigned projects safely and efficiently and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
What Youll Do:
Support operation and performance of plant utility systems such as compressed air Plant powerhouse cooling towers and water systems.
Monitor utility performance energy consumption and system reliability.
Assist in troubleshooting utility-related issues and implementing corrective actions.
Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers for inspections and repairs.
Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
Ensure full compliance with HSE and Organizational standards.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualification)
Education:
Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (Mechanical Electrical or Both)
Experience & Qualifications:
Up to 5 years of Experience in Utilities plant operations projects.
Exposure to manufacturing industrial plants or utilities systems is preferred.
Exposure to energy optimization or sustainability projects.
Experience working with contractors and vendors.
Knowledge of CMMS.
Project Management Experience.
