ملخص الوظيفة
Responsibilities:
- The L3 Hybrid Senior Infrastructure System Engineer is responsible for managing and supporting hybrid infrastructure across assured cloud platforms (OCI GCP) and on-prem environments.
- The role covers L3 support for HCI VMware Cisco HyperFlex (HX) clusters Azure services identity platforms (Active Directory Entra ID) and Microsoft 365 applications including OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Responsibilities include NAS storage management (Pure Storage) follow-up escalations ongoing operations & documentations infrastructure assessments (including license and entitlement validity) and maintaining accurate technical documentation.
