ملخص الوظيفة
- Welcome guests and provide prompt professional assistance with requests.
- Arrange transportation restaurant reservations tours and other guest services.
- Offer accurate information about hotel facilities local attractions and events.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain updated knowledge of local dining entertainment and cultural activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a concierge or guest service role preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive & vibrant attitude.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of local attractions and services is a plus.
