Role Summary
Support the timely and accurate movement of domestic freight while providing excellent customer service and maintaining smooth daily operations.
What You Will Do:
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and shipment updates
- Track trace and follow up on shipments throughout the workflow
- Coordinate with customers vendors and carriers to support delivery needs
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and documentation
- Maintain strong communication and positive working relationships
- Adhere to SOPs compliance requirements and KPI expectations
- Support continuous improvement in daily operational processes
- Escalate concerns when necessary to ensure service performance and customer satisfaction
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working with systems (Excel Word operational tools)
- Good communication skills in English
- Customer-service mindset with attention to detail
- Logistics knowledge or HazMat certification is a plus (preferred)
