Civil Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Inspector to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a Civil Inspector you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of civil engineering projects throughout the region.

• Conduct thorough onsite inspections of civil engineering works including infrastructure buildings and utilities to ensure compliance with project specifications local regulations and industry standards.
• Review and interpret construction plans blueprints and technical specifications to verify that work is being executed according to design requirements.
• Perform detailed quality control checks on materials workmanship and construction methods throughout all project phases.
• Prepare comprehensive inspection reports including photographic documentation and detailed observations of site conditions and construction progress.
• Collaborate with project managers engineers and contractors to address and resolve any nonconformities or quality issues identified during inspections.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols on construction sites to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Participate in project meetings to provide updates on inspection findings and contribute to problemsolving discussions.
• Stay uptodate with the latest industry standards building codes and inspection techniques to ensure best practices are consistently applied.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure projects and quality control.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods materials and quality control practices.
• Experience working in the GCC region with familiarity of local building codes and regulations (preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Physical capability to perform site inspections in various weather conditions and terrains.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
