Operate to the highest standards of ethics in accordance with the SGS Code of Ethics and Integrity
Comply with SGS Health &Safety Requirements.
Comply with QMS requirements.
To do work as planned & scheduled with a better professional approach and to report the findings in the required format.
To communicate/execute/report the inspection works to the expectations of customers and to the extent of SGS Quality Management System.
Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical parts components and systems to verify compliance with approved ITP specifications standards and quality requirements
Review technical documentation including drawings specifications and test reports
Perform Hold Witness and Surveillance Inspections and tests at manufacturing facilities or construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Analyze inspection data and prepare comprehensive reports on findings and recommendations
Assist in performing Quality Audits on certain projects
Collaborate with vendors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
Stay up to date with industry standards regulations and best practices in mechanical quality control
Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes and procedures
Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and vendors as needed
To ensure that the inspection reports are submitted without any delay.
To work safely during inspection activities and to advise others to work safely.
To maintain the confidentiality requirements in each activity during the service period.
Ensure the best quality of execution.

Qualifications :

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Should have valid AWS CWI or CSWIP 3.1 certifications.
Minimum of 5 years of experience for Bachelors degree and 8 years of experience for Diploma degree in quality control and vendor inspection preferably in the oil and gas industry
Candidates having worked in pressure vessel fabrication company will suit
Required to have valid Aramco SAP No. and QM approvals(QM 03 06 07)
Should have valid Driving license
Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles quality control processes and inspection techniques
Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations relevant to mechanical equipment
Proficiency in quality control software and tools
