- Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical parts components and systems to verify compliance with approved ITP specifications standards and quality requirements
- Review technical documentation including drawings specifications and test reports
- Perform Hold Witness and Surveillance Inspections and tests at manufacturing facilities or construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Analyze inspection data and prepare comprehensive reports on findings and recommendations
- Assist in performing Quality Audits on certain projects
- Collaborate with vendors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Stay up to date with industry standards regulations and best practices in mechanical quality control
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes and procedures
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and vendors as needed
- To ensure that the inspection reports are submitted without any delay.
- To work safely during inspection activities and to advise others to work safely.
- To maintain the confidentiality requirements in each activity during the service period.
- Ensure the best quality of execution.
Qualifications :
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Should have valid AWS CWI or CSWIP 3.1 certifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience for Bachelors degree and 8 years of experience for Diploma degree in quality control and vendor inspection preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Candidates having worked in pressure vessel fabrication company will suit
- Required to have valid Aramco SAP No. and QM approvals(QM 03 06 07)
- Should have valid Driving license
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles quality control processes and inspection techniques
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations relevant to mechanical equipment
- Proficiency in quality control software and tools
