Eshratex Cotton Spinning actively looking for a highly skilled and experienced Mechatronics Engineer with 5-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the mechanical & Electrical maintenance optimization and troubleshooting of all machinery and equipment within our textile production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Mechanical System Design & Improvement:
Participate in the design modification and upgrade of mechanical components and systems for various textile machinery (e.g. spinning machines looms utilities like boilers and compressors).
Analyze machine performance and identify areas for mechanical improvement and optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Select appropriate materials components and fabrication methods for mechanical applications in a textile environment.
Develop and implement robust preventive maintenance programs for all mechanical equipment including regular inspections and parts replacement schedules.
Hydraulics Pneumatics & Utilities:
Manage and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in textile machinery.
Oversee the mechanical aspects of utility systems including steam boilers air compressors water treatment plants and HVAC systems ensuring their efficient and safe operation.
Conduct regular mechanical safety audits and risk assessments.
Identify critical spare parts for textile machinery and manage inventory levels to minimize downtime.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Mechatronics Engineering
Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience
Preferably Proven expertise in the mechanical & Electrical systems and components of textile machinery (mention specific machine types or brands if highly relevant to our facility e.g. Rieter Trützschler Picanol Sulzer Thies Stork Monforts etc.).
Strong understanding of mechanical principles including kinematics dynamics thermodynamics fluid mechanics and material science.
