Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain desktop hardware/software (Windows Office 365)
- Troubleshoot issues via helpdesk ticketing systems
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory
- Support mobile devices (iOS/Android)
- Ensure security with anti-virus and encryption tools
Requirements
- Bachelors in Computer Science or related field
- CompTIA A or MCP certification preferred
- Experience with Windows Active Directory and hardware troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Professional and willing to learn
