We are a leading name in the mattress industry committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional shopping this role you will be responsible for interacting with customers in our showroom guiding them in selecting the perfect mattress and bedding solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to assess their needs and help them choose the right mattress and accessories.
- Showcase and explain the features and advantages of various products to customers.
- Maintain a clean organized and inviting showroom space.
- Process sales transactions in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or sales is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in retail or showroom sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
- Positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Male.
- 25 to 35 years old.
- Saudi Lebanese or Egyptian national.
