Job Summary:
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities conducting field activations and managing client relationships. This role requires a resultsoriented professional with a strong background in sales lead generation and onground execution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and generate leads to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Execute onground field visits and manage customer acquisition campaigns.
- Lead and coordinate teams of ushers and project managers across different locations.
- Ensure smooth execution of activations and marketing initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development or a related role.
- Previous experience in the Ecommerce industry is a plus.
- Strong multitasking and project management skills.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset for identifying trends and opportunities.
- Proven track record in lead generation and closing deals.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
