Role Overview

The Public Relations Director will serve as a senior local liaison for government relations institutional coordination and stakeholder engagement in Egypt and the wider Middle East region. The role supports industrial and modern agricultural projects involving heavy machinery by enabling smooth governmentbusiness collaboration and culturally aligned execution.

Key Responsibilities

Activate and manage relationships with government agricultural departments local authorities and financial institutions.
Act as a cultural and policy bridge interpreting regulations and public sentiment while ensuring alignment with local customs.
Coordinate daily affairs including official meetings receptions follow-ups and implementation tracking.
Expand project resources by introducing local partners suppliers and technical stakeholders across the value chain.

Requirements

Strong family or professional background connected to Egyptian government public institutions or capital networks.
Minimum 5 years of experience in PR government affairs or stakeholder coordination; agriculture/industrial exposure preferred.
Demonstrated access to government bodies enterprises or financial institutions.
Fluency in Arabic and English; strong understanding of ChineseEgyptian business culture.
High execution capability excellent coordination skills and alignment with modern agricultural development goals.
