Fiverr is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will help shape our organizations future by identifying and engaging top talent building strong candidate pipelines and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
What am I going to do:
- Source candidates creatively through multiple channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes conduct phone interviews and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Post jobs on relevant platforms including LinkedIn universities and professional networks.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to support a positive hiring experience.
- Support campus recruiting initiatives and events.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team on projects as needed.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting within a hi-tech company.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
- Experience screening resumes and conducting phone interviews.
- Experience scheduling interviews
- High level of English proficiency written and verbal.
- Experience managing cross-functional recruiting projects or events.
- Proficiency with AI tools -AI mindset and experience working with AI-powered recruiting tools
- High level of English proficiency written and verbal.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field- Advantage
- Familiarity with Comeet Spark Hire (ATS)- Advantage
