ملخص الوظيفة
- Bachelors degree in Metallurgy Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Min 4 years in steel manufacturing preferably in Electric Arc Furnace/ Ladle Furnace operations.
- Knowledge of steelmaking processes (Electric Arc Furnace Ladle Furnace Continuous Casting Machine).
- Microsoft Office; SAP preferred.
- Support the efficient and safe operation of Melt Shop (EAF/LF) by monitoring processes analyzing performance data and recommending improvements to achieve production quality and cost objectives.
- Provide technical support to production crews and ensure compliance with operating procedures.
- Monitor EAF/LF processes for compliance with SOPs.
- Analyze process data and identify performance gaps.
- Recommend adjustments to improve yield reduce consumption and optimize productivity.
- Support cost reduction initiatives.
- Assist shift leaders in troubleshooting process deviations.
- Ensure coordination with casting and rolling units.
- Support Section Head in implementing best practices.
