As a key member team youll be at the front linesowning relationships identifying new business opportunities and crafting strategic sales engagements. Youll help position as a trusted partner while working closely with our engineering and product teams to drive impactful data-driven outcomes for our clients.

Requirements
Sales and Business Development
- Conduct high-volume outreach via calls emails and social media to generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute outbound prospecting strategies and campaigns.
- Research and identify new business opportunities by studying industry trends and our service offerings.
- Qualify prospects through discovery calls needs assessments and schedule meetings with key decision-makers.
- Attend in-person or virtual meetings to pitch solutions and generate business across all markets.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals tailored to each clients industry and challenges.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary contact for new and existing clients building strong and trust-based partnerships.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing ongoing support addressing concerns promptly and ensuring successful -onboarding.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of solutions to maximize their adoption and ROI.
Strategic Account Planning
- Develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts to foster long-term relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teamsincluding product and engineeringto relay client feedback and advocate for improvements.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data forecasts and client insights using CRM and analytics tools.
- Track and report on sales KPIs client health metrics and retention data.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales account management or business development (preferably in SaaS AI or industrial sectors).
- A self-starter with a growth mindset strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging with mid-to-senior-level decision-makers across engineering operations and C-suite levels.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.
- CRM proficiency (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) and strong presentation skills.
