The Job:
As the Business Development Executive youll be part of our Sales team working as an on-site employee.

Youll get to:

  • Create demand for professional power tools accessories by providing effective solutions to end-users.

  • Expand our product range at key accounts and work with sales teams to convert enquiries into orders.

  • Conduct market research on new products and communicate customer feedback to Marketing and Product Management teams.

  • Increase brand share among end-users through targeted activities and relationship building.

  • Support new product launches and ensure marketing objectives are met.

  • Liaise with sales teams and dealers to expedite quotations and orders.

  • Build strong relationships with customers through regular visits and needs assessments.

  • Deliver product demonstrations and highlight features benefits and advantages to customers.

  • Achieve annual and new product sell-out targets as well as new customer acquisition goals.

  • Support marketing events such as dealer/end-user meets and roadshows.

The Person:

You also have:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development sales or a customer-facing role.

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze customer needs and propose effective solutions.

  • Commercial acumen with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Experience in the power tools or accessories industry is a plus.
