Tasks
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams to ensure successful delivery of AIdriven software projects aligning with company goals and client expectations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies to drive projects from inception to completion.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress utilizing datadriven insights to make informed decisions and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Lead efforts in process improvement and best practice implementation to optimize project workflows and enhance team productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the software development industry.
- Proven experience in managing Microsoft technologies or software development projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
