Job Summary

Tasks

Coordinate crossfunctional teams to ensure successful delivery of AIdriven software projects aligning with company goals and client expectations.
Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies to drive projects from inception to completion.
Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress utilizing datadriven insights to make informed decisions and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Lead efforts in process improvement and best practice implementation to optimize project workflows and enhance team productivity.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the software development industry.
Proven experience in managing Microsoft technologies or software development projects from inception to completion.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage crossfunctional teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
