ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Hygiene Manager to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha Qatar. As the Hygiene Manager you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation across our facilities ensuring compliance with local and international health regulations and leading our hygiene team to deliver exceptional results.
- Develop implement and maintain comprehensive hygiene and sanitation programs throughout the organization
- Lead and manage the hygiene team providing training guidance and performance evaluations
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with hygiene standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to address hygiene-related issues and implement improvements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hygiene practices technologies and regulations in the hospitality industry
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring cost-effective procurement
- Prepare and present detailed reports on hygiene performance and compliance to senior management
- Respond promptly to customer feedback related to cleanliness and hygiene
- Develop and maintain documentation for hygiene procedures and protocols
- Coordinate with local health authorities and participate in official inspections
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in food science microbiology hospitality management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hygiene management quality assurance or a similar role preferably in the hospitality industry
- Certifications in HACCP PCQI and Food Safety
- Strong knowledge of quality control hygiene standards and regulatory requirements in Qatar and internationally
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance and food safety auditing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Strong grasp of company standards mission and core values
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations in Qatar
- Experience in managing and motivating hygiene teams
- Familiarity with international hygiene standards in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed
