Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences and driving customer success At Bel were looking for a Product Activation Specialist Out of Home inRiyadh to play a pivotal role in strengthening customer relationships expanding product adoption and delivering impactful training in theKSA market.This is your chance to showcase your creativity expertise and passion for product innovation while living Bels Values of Care Commitment and Daring.

What Youll Do in This Role

Sales & Customer Acquisition

Collaborate with the sales team to recruit new customers and driveproduct adoption in the out-of-home channel.
Act as a trusted representative ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

Training & Customer Success

Conducthands-on workshops and in-store demonstrations to train key clients (cafs juice bars and restaurants) on proper product usage.
Share creative tips tailored ideas and innovative beverage recipes to inspire customers and help them unlock the products full potential.

Insights & Market Feedback

Gather insightful customer feedback on markettrends preferences and usage patterns.
Work closely with internal teams to evolve product positioning and enhance customer value propositions.

What Were Looking For

Certification & Experience

- CertifiedBarista with 24 years of experience crafting high-quality coffee and milk-based beverages.

- Proven expertise in designing promoting and presentingcreatively crafted drink recipes.

Skills & Attributes

- Strong technical knowledge in beverage creation with a flair for working with diverse ingredients.

- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to inspire and train customers while collecting actionable feedback.

- Energetic proactive and passionate about deliveringengaging product demonstrations.

- Fluent in Arabic and English (essential).

- Saudi National (mandatory).
