Supervise and support the concierge team in daily operations
Ensure consistent delivery of a luxury guest experience
Handle guest requests complaints and special arrangements with professionalism and discretion
Train coach and provide feedback to team members
Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs
Maintain up-to-date local knowledge and partnerships
Ensure adherence to brand standards and service procedures
Support scheduling reporting and operational tasks
Qualifications :
Previous concierge or front-of-house experience preferably in a luxury hotel
Supervisory experience is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of local attractions dining and services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High emotional intelligence and attention to detail
Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure
Leadership and coaching capability
Passion for hospitality and guest service
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
