Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in interior fit-out and building finishing works. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising fit-out construction activities ensuring quality coordination with MEP works and compliance with design safety and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise interior fit-out and finishing works for residential commercial and mixed-use projects.
Ensure fit-out works are executed in accordance with approved drawings specifications and project schedules.
Coordinate closely with MEP teams to ensure proper integration of mechanical electrical and plumbing services with architectural finishes.
Review shop drawings material submittals and method statements related to fit-out works.
Liaise and coordinate with designers consultants and relevant authorities to obtain necessary approvals.
Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with QHSE standards.
Identify and resolve construction issues related to finishes details and site conditions.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials.
Prepare progress reports and attend project coordination and technical meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Professional certifications are an added advantage

Experience & Skills

15 years of proven experience in interior fit-out and building finishing works.
Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods materials and finishing standards.
Excellent understanding of MEP coordination within fit-out projects.
Experience working with consultants designers and authorities for approvals and inspections.
Ability to read and interpret architectural structural and MEP drawings.
Strong leadership coordination and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Experience working on large-scale or fast-track projects.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
