Job Title: Corporate Communications Manager
JOB PURPOSE:
To lead design and implement a business focused corporate communications strategy for Company including public relations internal and external media relations community relations and government relations activities to promote enhance and protect the public image and reputation of Company and its assets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
Corporate Communications
Review all press statements public speeches communications etc. issued in the name of the Company to ensure their accuracy and consistency with overall company image branding principles and local etiquette.
Work effectively with the internal and external public relations agencies graphic developers and communications teams to ensure that the public relations strategy is being implemented consistently to protect the image of Company.
Apply and develop corporate marketing communications materials throughout Company in order to ensure consistency of message and application of brand guidelines.
Oversee execution of internal communications and change management activities with Company in coordination with Human Resources department.
Design and edit internal announcements and communications
Write press releases for company in Arabic and English
Design and post all companys social media platforms.
Makes sure that all branding related items for company are within standards.
Public Relations Strategy and Communication
Formalize the public relations strategy in alignment with the external and internal directives to ensure all the external and business risks and opportunities with respect to public relations are evaluated and mitigated to ensure Company’s public relations strategy is delivered as per the agreed plan.
Classification: Internal -
Develop an integrated communication plan for Company linked with the business strategy including defining communication objectives key messages audience channels milestones etc. to ensure consistency in corporate branding.
Budgeting and Financial Performance
Monitor the financial performance of a given area of activity versus budgets and ensure all activities are carried out in line with the approved guidelines while promptly reporting on any variances to management.
Policies Systems Processes & Procedures
Provide inputs and implement policies systems and procedure for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements fulfilled while delivering a quality cost-effective service.
Continuous Improvement
Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems processes and practices considering global standards productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Reporting
Prepare sectional statements and reports timely and accurately to meet ABC and department requirements policies and quality standards.
Related Assignments
The job holder may be required to undertake additional duties which may be reasonably expected and forms part of the function of the job.

CONTEXT WORK ENVIRONMENT & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY:
Key decisions having significant impact on the department are referred to the Administration Director for approval before implementation.
The job holder exercises financial authority as per the level established by Company management and stipulated in the authority matrix.
QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Public Relations Communications Business Administration or a related field
Minimum Experience:
5 years of experience in a similar role
Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical):
Proficiency in English and Arabic
Demonstrated experience in corporate communications
Strong ability to build and manage media relations
Demonstrated ability to handle a network of PR agencies
Demonstrated ability in international relations and cultural awareness
