Job Summary
AI Knowledge-Base team at NetApp is developing a state-of-the-art platform to solve the AI at scale challenges of the biggest enterprises.
Our team is looking to hire aSenior Backend this role you will:
- Have a major impact on the design and technological decisions in a large scale project.
- Gain significant knowledge and experience on the foundations of Agentic workloads with focus on the data layers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality scalable and performant solutions.
- Promote usage of best practices for quality while being creative.
- Evaluate new technologies and keep up with the recent changes in the fields of Agentic AI.
Job Requirements
- At least 8 years of backend hands-on coding and software design experience.
- Relevant BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science Software engineering or equivalent
- Work experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong knowledge of design and architecture systems.
- Work experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Redis/MongoDB or similar).
- Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Python Java Go .
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Understanding DevOps concepts from developer perspective (i.e CI/CD IaaC)
Advantages:
- Significant work experience with Python.
- Experience with developing Data Platforms/ETL systems
- Experience with distributed queues technologies such as Kafka RabbitMQ Kinesis Logstash.
- Experience with micro-services architecture
- Experience with performance testing scale testing.
