About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Engineer to expand our Building Management Systems (BMS) footprint in Saudi Arabia. This is your opportunity to play a key role in connecting cuttingedge technical solutions with real customer needs influencing strategic growth and driving success in a fastevolving market.
Youll act as the crucial link between our innovative technologies and the clients who rely on them building trust developing longterm relationships and helping shape smarter more sustainable buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Engineer youll be responsible for:
- Cultivate and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across your designated territory
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process
- Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs and revenue goals
- Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions through a consultative approach
- Represent Carrier with professionalism integrity and a passion for solving problems
Requirements
We are looking for people who are as a minimum you must have:
- A bachelors degree in electrical Electronic or Mechanical Engineering (or a related technical discipline)
- A minimum of 3 years of handson BMS sales experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Strong interpersonal communication and sales presentation skills
- A proactive customerfirst mindset with a solutionsoriented approach
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
