A General Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing restaurant operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines.



What will I be doing

As General Restaurant Manager you will lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of one or more signature dining venues at Waldorf Astoria Doha West Bay. Your role is to ensure an exceptional guest experience that reflects the brands legacy of refined service while driving commercial performance team development and operational excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing service delivery team leadership financial performance and brand compliance across all aspects of the restaurant operation.

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring exceptional guest service and brand alignment.
  • Lead train and motivate the restaurant team to deliver luxury hospitality standards.
  • Manage budgets control costs and drive revenue through strategic initiatives.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with culinary and F&B teams on menu development and activations.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Monitor team performance and implement service improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Support cross-departmental coordination and maintain strong internal relationships.
  • Uphold Waldorf Astorias commitment to sustainability and service excellence.
