ملخص الوظيفة

Responsibilities & authorities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve hospitals revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals.

Team Management:
Lead manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers insurance companies corporate clients and other stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the hospital s patient base.
Develop partnerships with external healthcare organizations and community groups.
Attend industry events conferences and seminars to network and promote the hospitals services.
Coordinate with the marketing department to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Organize and participate in health fairs community events and other promotional activities.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging in all sales and marketing efforts.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities performance and market conditions for senior management.

Requirements

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Healthcare Management or a related field. A Masters degree or MBA is preferred. Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and managerial role preferably in the healthcare or healthcare industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.

Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to take initiative.
Adaptability to stressful situations.
Willing to learn more and grow in experience.

Professional skills & abilities:
Very good English language.
Excellent Ms. Office Information management systems user.
Sales and Marketing:
o Indepth understanding of sales principles and techniques.
o Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
o Proficiency in market research and identifying business opportunities.
Leadership:
o Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
o Experience in training and developing sales personnel.
Communication:
o Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers insurance companies corporate clients and other stakeholders.
o Customerfocused mindset with the ability to address client needs and concerns effectively.
