Foreground is partnering with a leading retail and distribution group in Saudi Arabia to appoint a Finance Manager. This role will oversee financial planning reporting and compliance while supporting business growth and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in accounting standards budgeting and risk management combined with commercial acumen to drive financial performance.

Responsibilities:

Manage financial reporting planning and analysis in line with company policies and IFRS.
Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles with full alignment to strategic priorities.
Oversee internal controls risk frameworks and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Partner with business units to evaluate performance investments and cost efficiencies.
Supervise finance teams ensuring high-quality delivery and talent development.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
8 years of progressive finance experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in retail distribution or FMCG sectors.
Strong analytical leadership and communication skills.
