Job Summary
Foreground is partnering with a leading retail and distribution group in Saudi Arabia to appoint a Finance Manager. This role will oversee financial planning reporting and compliance while supporting business growth and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in accounting standards budgeting and risk management combined with commercial acumen to drive financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial reporting planning and analysis in line with company policies and IFRS.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles with full alignment to strategic priorities.
- Oversee internal controls risk frameworks and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Partner with business units to evaluate performance investments and cost efficiencies.
- Supervise finance teams ensuring high-quality delivery and talent development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
- 8 years of progressive finance experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in retail distribution or FMCG sectors.
- Strong analytical leadership and communication skills.
