Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor (Civil Discipline) for an assignment on an oil and gas project. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in both pre- and post-tender phases of high-value projects within reputable contracting companies.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quantity surveying duties for ongoing oil and gas projects.
Manage cost estimation tendering and contractual documentation.
Provide expertise in pre-tender and post-tender phases.
Ensure compliance with project requirements specifications and contractual obligations.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver accurate cost and commercial management.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering BEng or equivalent in Quantity Surveying/Quantity Surveying from a reputed university.
RICS/AIQS accreditation preferred.
Experience & Skills
Minimum 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in GCC or international projects.
Proven track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in high-value projects with reputable contracting companies.
Strong knowledge of oil and gas projects is essential.
