Logistics Director

Our footprint spans manufacturing operations at 114 locations in 32 countries with market-leading positions in Asia-Pacific Africa Europe and the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all logistics operations including imports exports
- Manage relationships and negotiations with shipping lines freight forwarders
- Aware of the incoterm (ex-works FOB- CIF)
- Manage the customs clearance of all air & sea shipments
- Manage the outsourced trucking companies & evaluate their performance.
- Negotiate the best freight charges with the shipping lines & evaluate their performance.
- Ensure compliance with customs laws Free Zone regulations and GAFI requirements.
- Handle all NAFEZA transactions.
- Develop and implement cost-effective logistics strategies and budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain or related field.
- Minimum 10 years logistics experience including at least 5 in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping and customs clearance.
- Proven experience in Free Zones and working with Egyptian authorities.
- Fluent in English - SAP- Advanced excel knowledge
