ملخص الوظيفة
-Coordinating with shipping companies freight carriers and warehouse teams.
-Reducing costs by negotiating with carriers and optimizing routes.
-Identifying and resolving route inefficiencies or shipping delays.
-Managing bills of lading and other shipping documentation such as packing lists and proof of delivery.
-Preparing and processing shipping documents such as bills of lading invoices and customs paperwork while ensuring compliance with regulations.
-Monitoring shipments in real-time using tracking systems and providing updates to stakeholders.
-Acting as a point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and resolving complaints related to pickup/deliveries.
Requirements
-Bachelors degree in supply chain management logistics business administration or a related field is preferred.
-0-2 years of experience.
-Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding end-to-end supply chain processes.
-MS Office Proficiency.
-Knowledge of transportation and customs regulations.
-Managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
Required Skills:
* Bachelors degree in Marketing/Business or relevant * 57 years experience in FMCG or Cosmetics * Strong understanding of retail & distribution channels * English & strong analytical skills * Proficiency in MS Office & Power BI
